Bullsh*t Meter is a small party app, run by an individual, not a company. Guest access is open to anyone with the link; full accounts are currently handed out by the owner. Access can be limited, changed, or revoked at any time, for any reason - most often abuse or misuse.
Don't try to break, overload, or abuse the service (bots, scraping, automated account creation, spamming party codes). Don't use trigger phrases or the party leaderboard to harass anyone. Accounts used this way may be suspended without notice.
Paid-tier unlocks and "buy me a coffee" tips are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. A paid-tier unlock is generally non-refundable once applied, but if something's genuinely broken on our end, email fifer.srt@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. Coffee tips are a gift - not refundable.
This is a small, actively-developed side project, provided "as is," with no uptime guarantee. It may change, break, or be discontinued. Trigger-phrase detection runs on an offline speech recognizer and is best-effort - it won't catch everything, and it may occasionally mishear something. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from using (or not being able to use) the app.
